Free to attend for company managers, a series of workshops are being held across the country to help firms tackle the problem of grey fleet drivers. Run by fleet software provider Mycompanyfleet, the 90-minute roadshows will demonstrate how to address the key issues in this area, in particular verifying vehicle condition, servicing and business mileage.

Leading fleet experts as well as Mycompanyfleet business manager, Andrew Leech, will be on hand to answer any grey fleet issues that arise. In addition, every roadshow attendee will receive a special copy of a definitive Health and Safety policy document for grey fleet drivers.

The roadshows start in mid-March near London before spreading through the Midlands and the North.

• Peterborough, Cambs - 22 March

• Luton, Beds - 23 March

• Glasgow - 24 March

• Bristol, Avon - 30 March

• Chester - 31 March
